职位详情
- Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats from potential and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Convert inquiries into sales opportunities through persuasive communication.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and promotions.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to improve conversion rates.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
工作要求
- Fluent English communication skills (both verbal & written).
- Minimum 1 year experience in call center / sales / customer service.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, motivated by targets and incentives.
- Willing work as Rotational Shift.
