Collection Team Leader
Salary: RM4,000–RM5,000 (negotiable based on experience and capabilities)
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the collection team, and arrange daily order allocation and follow-up tasks.
• Monitor the collection progress, payment recovery performance, and employee work status.
• Train new hires and provide guidance on collection call scripts and system operations
• Compile daily collection reports and report to the management.
• Ensure the team handles customer data and collection operations in accordance with company regulations.
Keperluan
Job Requirements:
• Have experience in collection work and team management
• Familiar with phone and WhatsApp collection processes
• Capable of leading the team to achieve collection targets
• Strong communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle customer complaints and emergency situations.
