Responsible for driving sales growth by managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities in the industrial sector. The role involves selling technical
products/solutions, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and grow revenue in assigned industries or territories
- Identify and develop new customers, projects, and opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposals, negotiation, and closing
- Build relationships with end users, EPCs, consultants, and system integrators
- Conduct product presentations and support technical discussions
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates
Keperluan
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Science or related fields
- 3 - 5 years of B2B sales experience in industrial or engineering sectors
- Experience selling technical or project-based solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and organised
Preferred
- Experience in automation, instrumentation, IoT, water or infrastructure
- Experience in tenders or project sales
