Butiran Pekerjaan

Documentation Management: Assist in preparing, processing, and filing digital tenancy agreements and stamping documents.
Tenant Onboarding/Offboarding: Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including key handovers and inspection report management.
Communication Hub: Act as a point of contact for tenant inquiries, repair requests, and general property matters via WhatsApp/Email.
Database Maintenance: Ensure all property and tenant records are accurately updated in our management system.
Payment Tracking: Assist the finance team in monitoring rental payments and following up on outstanding utilities or maintenance fees.
Vendor Coordination: Help schedule and follow up with contractors for property repairs and cleaning services.

Keperluan

Educational Background: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and comfortable learning new digital property management tools.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling legal documents and financial data.
Problem Solver: Ability to handle difficult conversations (e.g., late payments or repair complaints) with a calm and professional attitude.
Availability: Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 to 6 months.
