Butiran Pekerjaan
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Generate leads through calls, e-mails, networking, exhibitions, tenders and referrals.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, tender submissions and sales presentations.
- Follow-up on quotations and negotiate pricing, terms and contracts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct customer visits and product presentations.
- Understand customer techanical and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, project and management teams to fulfil customer requirements.
- Handle cutomer enquiries, complaints and after-sales matters.
- Maintain an updated customer and sales database.
Keperluan
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Professional e-mail writing.
- Customer presentation skills.
- Active listening.
- Ability to explain technical products in simple terms.
- Confidence in dealing with customers, suppliers and management.
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with PLC, automation, instrumentation, HVAC, solar and industrial equipment.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and datasheets.
- Ability to interpret tender specifications.
- Ability to identify suitable products based on customer requirements.
