KL Lands Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 1982 as investment holding and trading of gesynthetic products for construction and engineering uses.

In 2014, IKL via it's subsidary, Noblecorp Property (Sabah) Sdn Bhd (0822888-D) had completed the acquisition of 75 acres of mixed development lands in Sepanggar, Kota Kinabalu, directly accessible from the 50m port-by-pass-road with just 2.5km away from the Sepanggar International Port.

Our vision is to create a new integrated emerging township comprises of corporate business park, retail and shopping boulevard, gated and guarded terrace residency, life-styled serviced apartments, SOHO, , tourism and cultural center.
