- Handle incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers professionally and efficiently
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or product/service information
- Provide accurate solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets
工作要求
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Good communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Customer-oriented, patient, and positive attitude
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
