职位详情
- Perform hair treatment service in accordance with Bee Choo Origin SOP, follow by steaming, hair wash and hair drying.
- Serve customers with passion and integrity, towards providing an excellent service experience to all customers.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and professionalism during consultations and treatments
- Check on customer scalp (scalp analysis) and recommend suitable hair care products.
- Promote sales of products and secure customers with scalp treatment packages.
- Maintain cleanliness of the treatment equipments, hair wash tub, toilet facilities, include other areas within the outlet to enhance customers comfort during treatment service.
- Organize and participate in Road Show and other activities to promote customers & sales of products etc.
- Keep pantry, service and waiting area tidy, clean & fresh and comfortable.
工作要求
- Have experience in the same nature or Hair Stylist & Haircare Industry.
- Good customer service skills, pleasant, friendly personality and prepare to work in retail outlet enviroment.
- Can communicate Bahasa Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Responsible and good time management.
