AI Ready U: Let AI Become Your Chief Operating Officer
Where Is the Business Getting Stuck?
Messy processes, unclear numbers and endless manual work can quietly slow a business down.
On 17 April 2026, Job Majestic’s AI Ready U session explored how AI could support business operations, improve efficiency, reduce unnecessary costs and give companies better control over their daily processes.
Led by Jess, AI Talent Strategy and Intelligent Leadership Expert, and Mike, AI Business Automation and Systems Expert, the three-hour session brought together business owners, entrepreneurs, operations leaders, factory managers, finance teams and supply chain professionals.
The discussion began with challenges many traditional businesses and manufacturing companies know well. Teams may still rely heavily on manual data entry, paper-based processes, unclear records and repetitive administrative work.
Inventory decisions may also depend too much on assumptions, resulting in excess stock, shortages or cash being tied up unnecessarily.
Could AI Act Like a Digital COO?
Instead of simply introducing another system, the session explored how AI could work alongside the existing team and support the company like a digital Chief Operating Officer.
An AI Finance Assistant could process documents, reduce manual data entry and improve the accuracy of financial information.
An AI Inventory Specialist could analyse business data, estimate inventory needs and help companies avoid overstocking or running out of important items.
An AI Operations Executive could manage repetitive processes, allowing teams to complete more work without continuously increasing manpower.
Through live demonstrations, participants saw how AI could process business information, support inventory planning and organise data before handing it back to human employees.
Which Processes Are Costing the Most?
Participants were also guided to examine their own operations and identify where time, money and manpower might be wasted.
Which processes are still handled manually?
Where do mistakes commonly happen?
Which tasks take up the team’s time without creating much value?
These conversations helped uncover operational gaps that may have been overlooked while teams were busy managing daily workloads.
Human and AI Working Differently
Another key focus was the relationship between people and AI.
The goal is not to remove the human team, but to create a Human and AI workforce where both contribute differently.
AI can support speed, consistency and repetitive processing, while people continue to lead judgement, communication, decision-making and business direction.
Participants were encouraged to start small by identifying one operational problem, testing AI within a focused area and measuring the results before expanding further.
By the end of the session, participants gained a clearer understanding of how AI could support finance, inventory and daily operations. They also explored how better data could lead to better decisions instead of relying mainly on assumptions or month-end reports.
At Job Majestic, we believe operational improvement does not always begin with hiring more people or purchasing more systems. Sometimes, it begins by understanding where work is getting stuck and finding a better way to manage it.
When the process becomes clearer, the team can move faster and the business can grow with greater confidence.
