职位详情
- Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized training plans.
- Lead one-on-one and group sessions, ensuring proper form and technique.
- Track client progress and refine workouts for improvement.
- Promote and sell personal training packages; meet monthly sales targets.
- Offer nutritional/lifestyle guidance and maintain safety standards.
- Motivate clients toward their goals and assist with retention initiatives.
工作要求
- Preferred background in Sport Science or similar field.
- Must hold a nationally or internationally accredited personal training certification from a recognized organisation
- Excellent communication skills.
- Sales experience or ability to promote packages.
- Flexible schedule available on weekends and evenings.
- Genuine passion for fitness and working with clients.
- Able to work in rotational shifts.
