Job Summary Responsible in overall maintenance activities and implement best practices and value-added cost control for overall maintenance operation. Primary function -Perform regular preventive maintenance on printing presses and label related machinery - Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues -Minimize downtime by quickly identifying and resolving equipment failures  -Install and calibrate new machinery to ensure optimal performance -Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine performance - Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards  -Collaborate with production teams to improve machine efficiency and performance  -Monitor and maintain an inventory of critical spare parts to minimize downtime  -Identify areas for improvement in machine performance and propose enhancement  -Train operators on basic troubleshooting and proper machine handling -Liaise with suppliers and service providers for specialized repairs, upgrades, or troubleshooting  -Perform others ad hoc tasks assigned by superior  [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-ean-label-industry-sdn-bhd-job-maintenance-technician-engineer] ; Requirements:- -Diploma / Degree in Mechatronics / EandE / Mechanical Engineering  - Basic technical knowledge of machine maintenance and repair work -Proven experience in managing the maintenance and facilities department will be an added advantage  - Ability to read technical manuals and schematics  -Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills   -Good communication and teamwork abilities
