Responsibilities: -To provide full spectrum of business, secretarial and administrative support with highly confidential to President on his daily tasks. -Maintain President's time schedule and schedule meetings and appointments for VIPs or visitors. -Handle travel and accommodation arrangement, e.g. visa application, flight and hotel reservations, preparation of itinerary, etc. for President. -To attend and prepare minutes of meeting with clients, suppliers and business. -Liaise effectively and professionally with management, colleague and business associates -Handle personal, private and matters professionally and confidentially -Deal with property agents, property management companies, contractors, suppliers, service providers -Ensure all documents are administered properly, file systematically for easy retrieval and maintain up-to-date information in files as necessary. -Willing to multitask and undertake special assignment, accept any other related duties assigned by management.
