This role requires to oversee all the activities related to export shipment monitoring, customer billing and distributions of stocks. It is expected to ensure maintaining proper records of quotation, price comparison, LOA/agreement, commercial Invoice and practise of 5S methodology. -Monitor, support and expedite overall international operation and process from beginning to end. -Compile customer’s monthly ordering data and submit to management. -Handle the processes of export shipment to customer destination; issue software DO/ Invoice to customer -To maintain a structural vendor database like order lead-time, in-bound transit time, GR processing time and other relevant information. -Monitor shipment status up till destination and update all relevant parties on any changes on ETA date. -Ensuring accuracy is maintained in the billing process and investigate and resolve items on billing error and exception reports. -To carry out other duties as directed by the superior/ HOD.
