Planning, execution, and closing of all visual merchandising projects, from new launches to store openings and VM display updates. -Timeline and Budget Management: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor progress, manage expenditures, and ensure all projects stay on track and within financial constraints. -Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays or quality issues. -Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external suppliers and the internal team, ensuring adherence to contracts, quality standards, and timelines.
