Job Summary:  We are seeking a passionate Junior Investment Relationship Manager who is eager to make an impact and grow alongside the CapBay team. As part of this role, you will support our P2P investor client base, lead initiatives, and develop growth strategies. This position requires you to have strong interpersonal skills in speaking with investors, strong analytical skills to develop meaningful initiatives and strategies, and excellent project management to see initiatives through. Responsibility: In this role, you will be expected to:  -Identify and develop business opportunities to increase the existing client base. -Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective, existing, and High Net Worth clients. -Be a product expert and educate the clients on the investment products and the risk-adjusted returns. -Provide investors with comprehensive consultations and guide their decision-making process. -Enhance investor awareness, generate leads, or raise funds by developing marketing strategies. -Coordinating operations such as onboarding investors, processing their applications, performing KYC checks, and filing regulatory reports.
