You’ll be at the heart of turning ideas into reality — from gathering requirements and testing new systems to optimizing workflows and championing improvements that add real value for our customers. -Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new systems, features, or enhancements. Conduct stakeholder meeting, and requirements elicitation sessions to capture client needs effectively. -Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to validate software solutions against business requirements. Coordinate UAT activities with end-users, ensuring that systems meet functional and usability expectations before deployment. -Collaboration and Communication: Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including clients, internal stakeholders, IT professionals, and vendors. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. -Process Analysis and Optimization: Analyze business workflows, procedures, and systems to identify inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Recommend and implement process enhancements to tackle the business needs.
