-To manage outbound (pick and pack) and despatch functions of fulfilment operations. -Assign orders multiple times a day for pickers and packers. -To monitor picker and packer productivity, working speed and accuracy in order to meet predetermined SLA. -Ensure all problem orders reported are resolved on the same working day. -Ensure all packed orders handed over to despatch team have manifests created and signed off by 3PL upon handover. -Ensure operators keep products for each bin separated, organised, in correct location and in good condition. -Monitor product quality frequently, reporting problems. -Ability to operate various handling equipment, i.e. hand pallet truck, will be advantageous. -Possess continuous improvement mindset and assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes. -Follow safe warehouse practices. -Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area. -Perform other duties as assigned.
