-Warehouse -Supervise and manage daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, inventory control and dispatching of goods. -Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services. -Manage inventory using FIFO or JIT and ensure stock accuracy. -Monitor stock expiry and collaborate with Purchasing and Sales to ensure sufficient stock and zero expired stock. -Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations within the warehouse. -Logistics -Oversee logistics and transportation activities, including coordinating with external carriers and managing shipping schedules. -Negotiate contracts and agreements with logistics providers to secure favorable terms and conditions. -Optimize transportation routes and methods to reduce costs and improve delivery items. -Team Leadership -Lead, train and develop warehouse and logistics staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards. -Foster a positive work environment and ensure team members are motivated and aligned with organizational goals. -Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members. -Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-mega-flour-sdn-bhd-job-warehouse-logistics-executive] ; Requirements:- -Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. -Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management and logistics, preferably within the manufacturing sector. -Proven experience in managing teams and leading warehouse operations. -Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS). -Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. -Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders including suppliers, vendors, and internal teams. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software SAP/ERP.
