Job Description -Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. -Forecast demand, inventory planning, and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels. -Create and maintain sales and inventory reports, and provide actionable insights for decision-making. -Develop sales forecasts and inventory plans, collaborate with teams to plan product assortments and stock levels, and adjust plans based on performance and trends. -Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends, and analyze competitor strategies. -Work with merchandising, buying, and supply chain teams, communicate findings and recommendations to senior management, and use planning and forecasting tools to manage inventory and sales data while ensuring data integrity and accuracy. -Preparing, planning and reviewing daily ordering report to improve and maintaining 95% stocks availability in stores across Malaysia. -Analyzing fast-selling products that can contribute to sales revenue. -Monitoring stock availability for each store. -Controlling and minimizing stock wastage in stores. -Planning for ordering accurately by forecast, range and stock level to every store across Malaysia during seasonal holidays, events and promotions. -Visit stores to ensure physical stocks availability, maximizing sales profitability, and optimizing customer’s experience. -Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.
