ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES -Responsible for all general purchasing functions such as sourcing, negotiation, and placing orders with approved vendors to meet manufacturing requirements. -Respond effectively to problems arising from late delivery, damaged goods, incorrect delivery, invoice pricing, etc. -Ensure all procurement processes and documents follow company policies and are well documented. -Undertake any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior. -Adhere to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements and best practices in procurement. -Take overall responsibility and accountability for the effectiveness of the HSE management system and the prevention of work-related injury and ill health, as well as ensuring an environmentally friendly, safe, and healthy workplace and activities.
