As the Corporate Projects Intern, you will play a key role in shaping the renovation experience for homeowners while gaining hands-on exposure to on-site operations. What You’ll Do: -Oversee and manage our client accounts. -Provide quality service to our clients by resolving requests and giving prompt updates to ensure a smooth customer experience. -Understand the interior renovation process, property investment, and how different teams collaborate to deliver a project. -Be involved in unit inspections and handovers of completed units to homeowners. -Support the Client Relations team in logging and tracking owner queries, key collections, defect reports, and renovation updates. -Oversee renovation timelines to support timely preparation of key documents, such as permit applications, defect reports, or handover papers.  -Maintain filing systems, key storage, and documentation related to project operations. -Assist with additional ad-hoc tasks as required.
