Job Responsibilities : -Respond to user requests for service and troubleshoot problems -Record activities, solutions, and other responses to requests for service -Contribute to SSC Center technical documentation and participate in write up, document and record -Perform analysis on type of incidents and service request -Maintains open communication and positive working relationship with staff -Perform other duties/projects as assigned [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-aspiro-job-internship-it-1] ; Requirements:- -A final year student with a Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science or IT-related field -Proficiency in writing and speaking in English language -Minimum 12 weeks of internship. -Basic knowledge of Windows computer or server support and computer networking -Have self-interest in IT Support / IT Infrastructure -Has a proactive attitude, attention to details and problem-solving skills
