Job Responsibilities: -Manage and optimise all e-commerce platforms, including the company website, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and social media channels, ensuring smooth daily operations and consistent brand presence. -Develop and execute e-commerce and marketing strategies to drive business growth, including sales promotions, marketplace activities, and brand exposure initiatives. -Analyse e-commerce performance data such as traffic, conversion rate, customer behaviour, and sales results to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decisions. -Create and manage marketing content, including product visuals and short-form video content, to enhance product exposure and brand visibility across platforms. -Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
