The Admin/HR Executive’s job scope shall include: Admin: -To handle petty cash related transactions. -To digitize documents, perform data entries and file documents. -To perform monthly inventory count. -To assist in other administrative matters. -To support other departments in administrative matters. Human Resources: -Manage staff attendance, leaves, reimbursements, insurance and medical claims -Prepare and manage job ads and interviews  -To prepare letter of offers, confirmation letters, memos, show cause letters, etc -To onboard and offboard employees -To assist in preparing employee performance dashboards and KPI sheets -To assist in processing monthly salaries -To assist in developing channels of employment (E.g. technical schools) [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-autodetailer-studio-job-office-and-hr-administrator-1] ; Requirements:- This job shall require the individual to have: -Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. -Good communication and interpersonal skills. -Quick learner on internal work processes. -Detail oriented, comfortable with paperwork and attending to clients. -At least 1 year experience in administrative and accounting/HR work. -Willing to work 5.5 days a week. -Minimum SPM graduate.
