What You’ll Do -Drive Revenue Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to expand business within existing strategic accounts and increase our revenue footprint. -Lead with Impact: Organize, plan, and direct program schedules, budgets, and resource allotment to ensure every project is a success. -Technical Partnership: Collaborate with customers on Design for Manufacturing (DFM), engineering changes, and sample readiness specifically for die-cut and rubber components. -Be the Face of the Company: Serve as the primary communication channel and escalation point, ensuring world-class customer satisfaction and rapid conflict resolution. -Master the Metrics: Track key performance indicators and drive immediate action items based on results to keep projects on the fast track. -Optimize Operations: Manage the NPI (New Product Introduction) team, ensuring sufficient lead times for QRFs and seamless updates in the SyteLine system.
