Job Description: -We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Executive to manage voice call, live chat and email support. -The role is responsible for responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat and email platforms. -Handle customer enquiries through live chat and email in Mandarin (simplified/traditional) and English. -Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. -Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
