-Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and daily priorities. -Manage travel arrangements (including visas / accommodation). -Coordinate communication, follow-ups, and high-level correspondence. -Support planning and execution of regional initiatives and new projects. -Conduct research, source vendors, request quotations, and manage small operational tasks. -Coordinate logistics, events, on-ground visits, and key appointments. -Handle confidential tasks with absolute discretion and maturity. -Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth execution. -Maintain structure, efficiency, and momentum in the Managing Director’s workflow. -Maintain office system including data management and filing.
