Responsibilities: -Assist with data entry of financial transactions into accounting systems -Assist in processing of purchase requisition. -Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensure global reporting deadlines are met. -Perform basic financial analysis and reporting tasks -To maintain proper filling system to ensure all documents are traceable in an efficient manner. -Provide general administrative support to the team. -Assist in preparing document for audit, tax and ISMS purpose. -Participate and contribute to process improvements. -Assist in exploring and applying AI tools to improve accounting workflows and reporting efficiency -Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required by head of department.
