Job Description -Manage end-to-end purchasing process for raw materials and OEM products. -Handle sourcing activities including identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new suppliers. -Communicate and negotiate with China suppliers (in Mandarin) and local suppliers. -Manage import procurement including shipment coordination, documentation, and delivery tracking. -Request quotations, conduct price comparison, and support cost negotiation. -Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure proper documentation (PO, DO, Invoice). -Monitor order status, ETA, and supplier delivery schedule. -Resolve supply issues and ensure continuity of supply. -Maintain accurate supplier and cost records in the system. -Support cost-saving initiatives and rebate program implementation. -Ensure compliance with procurement SOP and internal processes. -Coordinate with internal stakeholders (warehouse, sales, production). - Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.
