RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct and manage food court and company owned food stalls according to company SOPs and regulatory requirements
Advice and support tenants on their operational needs and service consistency
Ensure the respective tenants on adhere to the hygiene SOP
Liaise with tenants on stall matters
工作要求
Requirements:
Chinese speaker
Minimum 6 months relevant experience in F&B industry
Attention to detail, ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Communication & Leadership skills, staff development
