Live Streaming Interactive Performance (直播互动): Conduct live streaming sessions (3-5 hours/day) on the designated platform (Douyin), focusing on casual chatting, entertainment, and interactive content. 在指定平台（抖音）进行日常直播（每天3-5小时），主打娱乐聊天、吹水互动、才艺展示（非硬性）。
Audience Engagement (粉丝维护): Actively interact with online viewers, respond to comments, build a positive livestream atmosphere, and convert viewers into loyal followers. 积极与线上观众互动，回复弹幕，活跃直播间气氛，维护并积累属于自己的粉丝群。
Content Co-Creation (内容共创): Cooperate with our team to explore trendy short-video content or stream topics to maximize your channel's traffic. 与我们的运营团队配合，探索好玩的直播话题和热点短视频，最大化提升个人直播间的流量。
Continuous Growth (配合培训): Attend our internal free regular training sessions to upgrade your personal streaming skills and gift-monetization (tipping) psychology. 按时参与公司提供的免费专业培训，提升直播间留存话术、话术技巧以及礼物变现（向大哥要礼物）的心理学技巧。

工作要求

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin (Both spoken and written) as the primary target audience and platform operate in Mandarin.
Good communication skills, friendly, and self-confident in front of the camera.
Passionate about social media, short videos, and live-streaming trends.
Self-disciplined with a reliable smartphone and stable internet connection.
