You will take ownership of the overall performance of one YELAOSHR education centre, including:

• Drive student enrolment, revenue and active student growth
• Generate local leads and execute centre-level marketing activities
• Follow up enquiries, conduct consultations and improve conversion
• Build strong relationships with parents and maintain high retention and renewal
• Manage teachers, manpower planning, scheduling and team productivity
• Ensure excellent teaching delivery, learning quality and customer experience
• Manage centre operations, SOPs, reporting and administrative discipline
• Monitor collections, discounts, refunds and controllable centre expenses
• Manage the centre’s P&L and profitability
• Develop referral opportunities, reviews and positive community reputation
• Coach and develop your team and identify future centre leaders
• Work closely with HQ on marketing, curriculum, recruitment, training and business strategy

This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a business leader, not remain a centre administrator.

You will have the opportunity to progress through:

Centre Manager → Senior Centre Manager → Cluster Manager → Area Manager → Regional / State Business Manager

High-performing managers may eventually oversee 2–3 centres as Cluster Manager, 4–6 centres as Area Manager, and ultimately a regional portfolio.

Performance-Based Income
We believe strong performers should be rewarded.

The programme provides opportunities for:

Basic Salary: approximately RM5,000 – RM6,500+, depending on grade, experience, centre complexity and certification.

Monthly Performance Incentive: up to approximately RM1,500 – RM2,500, depending on grade.

Quarterly Business Bonus: up to RM5,000 for a standard centre and up to RM7,500 for flagship/high-volume centres, subject to performance, quality and company-approved financial criteria.

There is also a qualified new-enrolment incentive structure and an annual leadership accelerator for strong performers.
