Job Description

*Demonstrate awareness of children’s well-being at all times.

*Assess students’ performance and progress regularly to ensure mastery of skills.

*Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior or management from time to time.

*Assist teachers with lesson preparation, including preparing materials and setting up equipment.

*Provide regular feedback to relevant parties on each student’s progress.

*Guide students on the proper use and care of materials, tools, and equipment.

*Manage the classroom effectively, including maintaining good student discipline.

*Ensure the classroom environment is safe, clean, and well-organised.

*Ability to design and create marketing-related materials such as posters or videos will be an added advantage.
