Job Responsibilities:

Calculate drivers’ salaries, including basic pay, allowances, and other related components
Plan and optimize fleet operations, including scheduling and allocation of drivers and vehicles
Monitor operational performance and ensure efficient utilization of resources
Coordinate closely with drivers, operations team, and management to ensure smooth daily execution
Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support decision-making
Handle ad hoc operational issues and provide timely solutions
Lead and guide team members to achieve departmental goals

工作要求

Qualifications:

Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Managament, or a related field
Minimum 1 to 3 years working experience in logistics field
Good knowledge of Microsoft application especially in Excel.
Alertness and attention to detail, proactive, has multi-task abilities and accountability
Able to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
