Handing full set of account (Accounts recievable / Account Payable / General Ledger)
Prepare quartely GST reporting
Prepare bank reconciliation statement
Responsible for account Payables role:
Perform checking on invoices/Claim or any other expense related documents
Prepare Monthly tax Invoice in to the system
Prepare payment related voucher and document
Adhock duties as assigned
Working Daya Monday to Friday : 8:30am to 1730pm & Saturday :830am -1330pm

Account Manager – Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–8 years experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements
• Knowledge of auditing and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Tally) and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage a team and meet deadlines
