Job Overview
We are hiring a Creative Executive / Graphic Designer / Social Media Designer to manage branding, digital design, and social media content for multiple clients and internal startups.

What You’ll Do
As a Content Creator / Designer, your responsibilities will include:

Design:
- Create social media content (posts, carousels, stories, reels covers)
- Design branding materials (logos, brand guides, templates)
- Develop website UI/UX mockups (Figma)
- Design marketing materials (ads, decks, brochures)
- Social Media Management:
- Plan and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Manage brand pages and engagement analysis
- Improve visual strategy and ensure brand consistency

Marketing Support:
- Design Meta & TikTok ad creatives
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives

Content Creation & Copywriting:
- Write compelling social media copy for posts, ads, and campaigns
- Edit photos and videos to produce high-quality content
- Manage content creation across multiple client accounts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with each client’s brand identity
- Execute content plans and campaigns based on approved briefs, content calendars, and timelines
- Present content professionally to clients and manage revisions based on feedback
- Stay updated on social media trends, content strategies, and platform algorithms
- Work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively
