About Scandy’s
In Sweden, we take candy seriously. For years, it was a well-kept secret that Swedish candy is among the best in the world - until TikTok changed everything. What started as a local obsession has exploded into a global trend, with demand for the sweet, sour, and salty Swedish treats continuing to grow worldwide.
Scandy’s is a new retail brand launching in Malaysia, bringing the iconic Swedish pick-and-mix candy experience to Asia through a bold, fun, and modern retail concept. Our mission is to reinvent candy retail in Asia - combining exceptional products, strong branding, and a community-driven approach across physical stores and digital channels.
What we are looking for
We’re looking for a hands-on, TikTok-native creator to take ownership of Scandy’s social presence from day one. This isn’t a typical social media role — you’ll shape the brand’s voice, turn trends into stories, and build an engaged community around Scandy’s. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing TikTok-led strategies that grow awareness, fuel engagement, and translate into tangible business results.
What You’ll Do
- Own TikTok for Scandy’s: Build and execute TikTok strategies that drive brand awareness, store traffic, and product hype
- Own TikTok Shop: Set up, manage, and optimise TikTok Shop listings, campaigns, and creator-led sales
- Create Scroll-Stopping Content: Turn Scandy’s brand, products, and in-store moments into engaging, on-trend TikTok videos
- Chase Virality: Spot trends early, use sounds and formats smartly, and consistently test content that can go viral
- Build the Community: Engage with followers, creators, and fans to grow a loyal Scandy’s audience
- Run the Content Engine: Plan, shoot, edit, and publish TikTok content with a clear posting cadence
- Learn & Optimise: Track performance, test ideas, and refine content and sales based on what actually works
工作要求
Who You Are
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing, PR, or social media
- Preference for candidates with past entrepreneurial or startup experience
- Proven passion for TikTok content creation and account management
- Entrepreneurial, sales-minded, and able to blend creativity with data and performance insights
- Deeply immersed in social media, trends, and internet culture
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup
- Experience running or supporting a TikTok Shop and Instagram account
- Confident appearing on camera and representing the brand
- Fluent in English
