Clinical Care & Nursing Duties

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to elderly residents.
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ vital signs and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and medical records. 

Supervision & Team Leadership

• Guide, supervise, and support Staff Nurses and Care Assistants.
• Ensure nursing procedures and SOPs are followed.
• Assist in staff training and competency development

Care Planning & Coordination

• Develop and review individual care plans.
• Liaise with doctors, therapists, and family members.
• Support admissions, discharges, and care transitions.

Safety, Compliance & Quality

• Ensure compliance with MOH regulations and nursing standards.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety practices.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.

Resident & Family Communication

• Communicate residents’ conditions professionally and empathetically.
• Handle feedback and concerns related to nursing care.
