Prioritize Mandarin and Chinese speakers
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and operating the company’s social media accounts, including Xiaohongshu (XHS), Facebook, and TikTok.
- Participate in content planning and publishing to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Create and edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Support the setup, execution, and monitoring of social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads / XHS Ads / TikTok Ads).
- Track content performance and conduct basic data analysis and reporting.
- Assist the team in other digital marketing and promotional projects as required.
工作要求
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) with good English communication skills.
- Familiar with major social media platforms, especially Xiaohongshu (XHS), Facebook, and TikTok.
- Possess video editing and visual content creation skills; proficient in CapCut, Canva, or other relevant software.
- Basic understanding of social media advertising strategies and content performance analysis.
- Creative, detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of managing time effectively.
- Open to students pursuing Digital Marketing, Media & Communication, Design, Advertising, Business, or related fields.
