We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Sales Executive to join our boutique team. You will be responsible for showcasing our saree collection through engaging video content and social media, driving online sales and growing our brand presence on Instagram. You’ll record product-videos daily, upload Reels & Stories, write compelling captions with pricing and product details, and plan weekly drops and promotions. This role is ideal for someone with an eye for style, confident on camera, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail/social environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent 

Record high-quality product videos of sarees in the boutique daily, highlighting fabrics, colours, drapes, and details.
Upload Instagram Reels and Stories consistently, optimising engagement with our audience.
Write clear, attractive captions, include correct product details, pricing, size/colour options, and relevant hashtags.
Coordinate and plan weekly product drops and promotional campaigns (New arrivals, sale events, special themes).
Collaborate with boutique staff to source featured items, determine colour-matching suggestions, style combinations, and ensure stock availability.
Monitor engagement (views, likes, comments, shares) and respond to customer enquiries via Instagram where applicable.
Provide suggestions for improving content based on Instagram usage and audience feedback, stay informed of platform features & trends.
Maintain a professional, on-brand appearance and tone in all content and interactions, ensure consistent brand identity across posts.
Uphold impeccable communication, sales-oriented attitude and responsibility in managing content deadlines.
