Key Responsibilities:
Conduct feasibility studies for new designs, materials & processes
Develop & improve products via material testing & validation Prepare technical documentation (PPAP, work instructions, engineering reports)
Coordinate sample development with Production, QC, and Sales

工作要求

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Polymer/Materials Science, or related field
1–2 years experience in R&D, Technical, or Quality (Manufacturing)
Basic knowledge of PPAP or QMS
Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis
Mandarin speaker (to facilitate coordination with internal & external clients)
