Job Title: Performance Test Analyst
Experience: 6 months – 1 year in Performance Testing

Job Objective
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Test Analyst to join our testing team.
The successful candidate will work closely with the test and application teams to validate the
performance and quality of applications according to project requirements. The role will involve
performance test scripting, execution, monitoring, analysis and reporting, with guidance from senior
team members.
Key Responsibilities

Understand application and business requirements related to performance testing.
Assist in preparing performance test plans and test scenarios.
Develop and maintain performance test scripts using NeoLoad, JMeter and/or LoadRunner.
Execute performance tests based on defined test scenarios and requirements.
Monitor and record performance test results.
Analyse performance test results and identify potential performance issues.
Assist in preparing performance test reports and presentations.
Document test findings, observations and recommendations.
Work closely with developers, application teams and senior testers to investigate performance
related issues.
Assist in preparing performance testing methodology and documentation.
Participate in other testing activities, including Test Automation, when required.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for candidates at the early stage of their Performance Testing career who have 6
months to 1 year of relevant experience and hands-on exposure to NeoLoad, JMeter or
LoadRunner.
