Copier Technician

Main Responsibilities:

Maintain & hands-on repair/service any brand of copier machines / printers.
Conduct quality inspection upon stock arrival.
Conduct product testing with samples provided on copier machines / printers.
Provide technical advice and report on quality of samples / products.
Resolve customer complaint for faulty product at customer’s premises when required.
File and maintain samples sent for testing or faulty items etc.
Any other tasks as assigned.

工作要求

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM and above.
Must have at least 2 years of experience in repairing copier machines.
Prior experience with servicing Ricoh, Canon, Toshiba, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Kyocera copier/printers will be an advantage.
Familiar with copier/printer software applications, install and testing network connectivity on site.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
