Compile all bookings and place on the booking system
Schedule assignements for driver
Follow up with drivers on all assignments and ensure all are punctual services are delivered
Plan and maintain all vehicle inspection, road tax/Insurance renewal
Conduct check on vehicles for safety and ensure vehicle are up to standards. Report to office on defects
Ensure daily movements are updated and send to accounts deparment
Candidate must have decent knowledge of Windows and Excel. Good in English.

Company will provide mobile and computer. Incentives,Medical,Bonuses and annual leave will be given.

Senior Transport Operations Manager – Job Requirements

Typical job requirements include:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business, or related field
• 3–10 years experience in transport / fleet / logistics operations, with at least 3–5 years in a senior management role
• Strong knowledge of transport regulations, safety standards, and compliance
• Experience managing large fleets, drivers, routes, and schedules
• Leadership and people management skills
• Budgeting and cost control experience
• Ability to plan routes, improve efficiency, and reduce operating costs
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving and crisis management ability
• Proficiency in transport management systems (TMS), GPS tracking, and reporting tools
• Good understanding of maintenance planning and vehicle lifecycle management
