We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Executive to oversee the maintenance and repair operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that our buildings are safe, functional, and well-maintained, coordinating maintenance activities, supervising technicians, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

工作要求

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role.
Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to supervise and lead maintenance teams.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in maintenance management software and MS Office Suite.
Relevant certifications (e.g., FM certification, PW license) are a plus.
