Job Summary

The Business Development Executive drives the top of our sales pipeline. The role reaches out to and qualifies prospective tax agents and accounting firms, then hands qualified opportunities to a senior closer. It earns a share of the commission on the deals it sources, and is the entry point to the sales track, with a path to Sales Consultant.

What you're responsible for

• Generate and qualify a steady flow of sales-ready opportunities
• Meet activity and qualified-lead targets (calls, conversations, qualified hand-offs)
• Contribute to closed deals through the opportunities you source

What the work looks like

• Reach out to prospective tax agents and accounting firms by phone and message
• Qualify leads against fit and need, and book demos or meetings
• Hand qualified opportunities to a senior closer (Sales Consultant or management)
• Keep accurate records of outreach and qualification in the CRM
• Follow up on leads and nurture those not yet ready
