职位详情

Create and design wooden crates, boxes, pallets, packaging structures, and POSM based on customer requirements.
Collaborate with the design team to develop creative structural concepts for industrial packaging and Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM).
Convert customer designs, product drawings, and specifications into in-house manufacturing specifications.
Review customer drawings, product dimensions, and specifications to recommend suitable structural and packaging solutions.
Prepare detailed technical drawings, 2D/3D designs, and prototypes for customer verification and production.
Recommend suitable packaging structures and wood materials to ensure product protection during storage and transportation.
Ensure designs meet customer specifications, brand guidelines, quality requirements, and production feasibility.
Produce samples and prototypes for customer verification.
Liaise closely with the Sales and Production teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
Assist in project management tasks related to packaging and structural design projects.
Ensure projects and assigned tasks are completed within the required timeline.

工作要求

Diploma or higher qualification in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Able to communicate in English.
Proficient in AutoCAD, 2D/3D software and/or Adobe.
Knowledge of wooden packaging, structural design, industrial packaging, or Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) will be an added advantage.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
