-Provide professional and friendly support via chat, phone, and email, ensuring prompt and accurate responses. -Serve as the first point of contact for check-in, cleaning, maintenance, and check-out issues, taking ownership of guest concerns. -Perform basic troubleshooting for common technical issues, such as Wi-Fi resets, boiler repressuring and other essential amenities available in a property. -Maintain a high level of quality and professionalism in all guest interactions. -Ensure guest satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and providing solutions. -Stay up to date with GuestReady's processes, tools, and system updates. -Keep detailed records of guest interactions in our internal system. -Proactively find creative solutions to guest requests, ensuring an exceptional experience.
