What You'll Do? -The incumbent is responsible in providing 1st level support for all incidents triggered by an alert/event from the monitoring system. -Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions. -Determine the best solutions based on the issue and details provided by customers. -Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel and ensuring that all details are accurate and thoroughly documented. -Follow-up and update customer status and information. Candidates with 1 year working experience in IT service and support operations related role will be added advantage. -Knowledgeable and familiar with Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, O365, Active Directory, ITIL, Hardware and Software Troubleshooting. -Possess basic understanding of network technologies involving LAN/WAN, firewall and proxy. -Proficiency in all three languages Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (read and write) is preferred due to the nature of the job. -4 working days in a week. Able to work in 12 hours shifts (8am-8pm / 8pm-8am).
