-Carry out end-to-end implementation tasks, including system setup, configuration, testing, and client training. -Follow established SOPs and maintain accurate documentation such as Service Notes and CRM updates. -Provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction. -Collaborate with Sales, RandD, and Support teams to resolve issues and contribute feedback for process improvement. -Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality implementations, timely support, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. -Report progress and any challenges to the Team Lead for escalation and guidance. -Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives within the team. -Support implementation efforts in international markets as assigned. -Learn and develop knowledge of multiple company products to effectively manage and implement projects across different product lines.
